COVID 2020...
When the calendar flipped open to March 2020, little did we know what was in store... Regardless of where you live in this whole wide world, I don't need to explain COVID because you are likely living it too... So here is a little snapshot of our journey...
Since my husband and I are empty nesters and retired, staying at home was natural on day one, day two, day three... Then reality set in. This quarantine thing wasn't a difficult adjustment, but what could we do to make the best use of our time??? First, we volunteered to send mailers out to individuals and families in our church. The supplies were dropped off on our front porch, and we stuffed envelopes, applied labels and stamps. Then, hubby did some extra yardwork while I cleaned out a few closets and drawers... but mostly I sent cards... Get Well, Thinking of You, Praying for You, Happy Birthday. And then this happened... Stampin' Up released a 15 page download of COVID thoughts, greetings, wishes, and more. So I began making cards, cards, cards. This is the first one...
Hubby and I have made a few trips to the grocery store,
but like many of you, we have mostly stayed home with a smile.
Here are some of the cards I've made with the Share Sunshine Download. There are about 50 different greetings, and all of them in several colors of ink. You may click on these card images to enlarge and see a closeup of some of the greetings. If you would like to have a copy of the entire download, scroll to the bottom of this post for more information.
The Share Sunshine digital stamp set is packed with both lighthearted and thoughtful sentiments relevant to the COVID pandemic. Simply print the download on white cardstock and cut or punch out the images to make cards, letters, or other meaningful and fun communications. As part of Stampin' Up's Making a Difference program, 100% of the proceeds will go to COVID-19 GIVEBACK efforts through the World Health Organization or United Way Worldwide.
The cost is only $12 plus tax when applicable.
I receive no portion of the proceeds of this sale.
THANK YOU!
