HERE'S HOW:

Start with 2 large circles with Wild Wasabi Cardstock, 2 medium circles with Garden Green Cardstock, 1 small circle with Wild Wasabi Cardstock. Trim edges with Fringe Scissors as shown below, then stack and lift foilage (fluff wreath). To finish, glue a 1" circle of Whisper White Cardstock in the center...
