Don't shy away from the intricate cutting this altered image requires. Paper Snips and patience are the key. To achieve a watercolor effect, I touched the Blender Pen to the tip of the Stampin' Write Marker(s), and applied to the flower, darkest area first, pulling color out to lighter areas.

To duplicate the shape of the greeting tag, I punched the bottom of the card with the matching Decorative Label Punch...
