I used a piece of Designer Series Paper and the
Simply Scored Scoring Tool
then I embellished it with a flower made with the
Blossom Party Original Die
and topped it with a layer by the Boho Blossoms Punch.

SUPPLIES & ACCESSORIES: Sweet Essentials Stamp Set #132085-Wood / #126457-Clear, Brights Core'dinations Cardstock (Pumpkin Pie & Tempting Turquoise) #129953, Whisper White Cardstock #100730, Brights Designer Series Paper Stack (Pumpkin Pie) #130134, Basic Black Stampin' Pad #126980, Simply Scored Scoring Tool #122334, Big Shot Die-Cutting Machine #113439, Boho Blossoms Punch #119858, Rhinestone Basic Jewels #119246, Stampin' Dimensionals #104430, Whisper White Medium Envelope #107301.
DESIGN NOTE: In a previous post, I used the Designer Rosette Bigz XL Die to make a rosette. However, the score lines on the Die are 1/2" apart so I decided to use the Simply Scored Scoring Tool because the lines are only 1/8" apart. THE RESULTS: A skinny rosette!

This is a great card, Linda. Very pretty. I'm glad you shared that you can do the rosette with out the big die.
