REASON TO SMILE...
This pretty flower (stamped 3 times) was in an exclusive stamp set offered July 1st - 31st. Oops! I forgot about that for an hour or so while making this card. But I decided to show it to you anyway because it gave me REASON TO SMILE, which oh-by-the-way, is the name of the set!
I used the So Saffron Stampin' Write Marker to color the petals, and the Old Olive Stampin' Write Marker to color the stems.
Then I cut slivers of the So Saffron Card Stock and threaded the button holes for another touch of color.
Also note the awesome antiqued background... It was achieved by using Early Espresso Core'dinations Card Stock in the Woodgrain Textured Embossing Folder, then rubbing a Designer Sanding Block over the top.

What a wonderful creation Miss Linda! And you showed us so many other cool products we can get that imagining another image is no problem at all. Your card is indeed giving me a reason to smile. Wonderful color combos and textures always have that effect on me. :D
You also have me missing our various oval dies. :( Ah well...hopefully SU will bring some new ones out in future. Maybe as framelits?
