Textured Impressions Embossing Folder!

It's called HOLIDAY FRAME, but...

It's not just for the holidays!

NOTE:  I have also used the soon-to-be-released Core'dinations Card Stock. This card stock is an 80 lb. sandable paper to create an antiqued color-popping look.  One side is textured and one side is smooth.  You can reveal the inside monochromatic color by sanding, tearing, or distressing. You'll find it in the Holiday Catalog (August 1st!), in Gumball Green, Cherry Cobbler and Early Espresso.  The next time I use this paper, I'll try one of the suggested techniques!

CANNING ANYONE?

I'VE ALWAYS WANTED A "MASON" JAR STAMP...  I haven't canned for a very long time, but love using jars in my craft room to store pretty things like buttons and other snippets.

So when this new PERFECTLY PRESERVED STAMP SET came along in the Holiday Catalog, I absolutely had to have it!   

 

I wanted the jar to look like glass...

so I stamped on a window sheet and cut the jar out.

I also wanted red and white checkered trim (top)...

so I made it by weaving 1/2" strips of red and white papers.
