There's nothing new or different about the basic layout of this card, but the combination of the Poppy Parade matching papers and ribbon, along with the new Blossom Bouquet Punch are sure to encourage the ailing recipient to get well soon...

When making a greeting card from dark paper colors, try adding a liner as an overlay...
Many types of papers are suitable... Use white or vanilla copy papers, parchment papers, translucent card stock, vellum, or any lightweight papers that complement the card colors...
HERE'S HOW: 1) Cut the liner approximately 1/4" to 1/2" smaller than the inside of the card. 2) Adhere along the top edge of the card with just one strip of adhesive. That's how Hallmark does it!
I also love to use pastel colors of Designer Series Papers for the liner. It is especially nice to use the same DSP inside the card that you have used on the outside of the card. For a nice touch, stamp directly onto the liner, leaving ample room for a personal handwritten note...
