Slowing down during the holidays gave me a little extra time to read.  Years ago, at a women's retreat, I received a handmade bookmark as a gift, and fell in love with the idea of having a variety of pretty bookmarks made from ribbons, fabrics, trinkets and treasures for the books I love so dearly...

I made this bookmark from a new stamp set (You're a Gem), retired ribbon (Razzleberry Polka Dots), and an old gold cross I found buried in a dresser drawer...

As we start the new year, I'll be reading a little less and stamping a little more BECAUSE WE HAVE A BRAND NEW MINI CATALOG!  Yahoo!  And SALE-A-BRATION is on the horizon too!!

I love a New Year - and happy to get back into the swing of things!
