Top Note Bigz Die...
Designer Label Punch...
HERE'S HOW: 1. Use the Top Note Bigz Die on Basic Black Card Stock, then cut in half the long way. 2. On back side, draw a pencil line top to bottom in the center. 3. Use the 1" Circle Punch for the small scoops, punching right up to the pencil line. 4. Use the 1-3/8" Circle Punch for the large scoops. 5. Assemble shoes with buckle trims as desired. 6. The trick or treat bag is punched with the Designer Label Punch and trimmed. 7. The bag handle is punched with two sizes of Oval Punches.

Linda, this card is adorable! So clever. I have all those punches and the die, so I'm going to give it a try.
I've been off on vacation a week and it's taken me forever to catch up in blogland. So much stuff out there!
