SPIDER WEB EMBOSSING FOLDER

I am often asked where my inspiration comes from. My answer is always... EVERYWHERE!  The grocery store is one of my everywhere places.  These are on the candy aisle!

Look at his face!!  Does it remind you of something?

HERE'S HOW:  1. Cut an oval out of Riding Hood Red Card Stock, using the Oval Scallop Frame Bigz Die2. Place the oval in the Spider Web Embossing Folder, making sure to position it where the center of the web is at the eye level. (Mine should have been a little lower.)  3. The black and white eye layers are punched from a 1-1/4" Circle Punch and a 1" Circle Punch4. Cut the eye circles in half, and adhere together.  5. Hold your open Basic Black Stampin' Pad, upside down, and carefully blot the raised embossed lines.  6. Assemble.

I did see SPIDERMAN in the candy aisle, but I copied this idea from Donna Settles, who saw it somewhere on the World Wide Web.  It was one of the cards at our World Card Making Day event.  Needless-to-say, it was very popular.  Thanks, Donna!
