VIRTUAL PUNCH ART ALBUM...

When the local stampers who have pre-registered for the ABSOLUTELY AMAAAAZING PUNCH ART ALBUM CLASS arrive tomorrow evening, they are in for a real treat! I don't want to give away too many secrets today, but since some of this has previously appeared on the World Wide Web (my August 9th post), I'll go ahead and share a few details so YOU can get started...

The #119833 6" x 6" Designer Printed Polka-Dot Album is perfect for this project. (Actual outside dimensions are 8-1/2" x 7-1/4".) It comes with 10 sheet protectors and may be expanded for dozens of punch art pages. The cost is $10.95, but only available while supplies last and/or until August 31st when the Summer Mini Catalog retires. I added the optional ribbon for extra flair. #115618 1-1/4" Old Olive Striped Grosgrain. Cost is $9.95.

Next, you'll need pages. I recommend #119952 Whisper White 12" x 12" Card Stock. Cost is $6.95 for a package of 6 smooth and 6 textured sheets. If you cut the 6 smooth pages in quarters, you will have 24 pages for your Punch Art Album. Cost of each 6" x 6" page is only 14 cents plus S&H. Save the textured card stock for your scrapbook and/or other special projects.

It's classy to include a cover page for ANY album! You can doll-up your punch art cover page, but I kept this one simple. Less can be more.

The intricate parts and pieces of punch art are easily adhered with the #110775 Multipurpose Liquid Glue. Cost is just $3.95. I'm careful with my container of glue, keeping the tip clean and the lid on when not in use. It lasts and lasts.

Making art with your punches is a perfect way to use your scrap pieces of card stock!

I highly recommend the purchase of PUNCHES! It's fun to collect them over a period of time. Punches are a quick and easy way to add interest, dimension, accent and color to your cards, gifts, bags, tags and dozens of other artsy things!
