LITTLE BLACK DRESS...

As of today, I have a whole list of special events on my calendar between September 1st and December 31st.  However, only a few of them require that I wear something as fancy as a little black dress...

LBD1

You may have seen a variation of this dress in a hundred colors and prints on the World Wide Web.  (IT'S OFFICIAL... Minutes ago, I found out that Joan Cristo was the originator of the first ever dress made with the Scallop Circle Bigz Die!  Thanks, Joan!  And thanks to Patty Bennett for helping me find her!)

L

Is this pleat and ruffle sexy or what?

 LBD2

And, of course, to be totally coordinated, you must have a matching purse!

LBD3

Here is a picture of the shoes, since I know you're into the whole outfit...  (Delman Jane, black suede, open-toe, slingback, pump!)  You'll need to have your toenails done.  I prefer a French.

Totally stylin'. Hope hubby's knee heals quickly so he can show you off on the dance floor! TFS!

Love it!!! Red/black/silver--great combo. Yes, sexy strapless dress w/slit! Adorable matching purse. And, those shoes! Don't even get me started. I have a 'thing' for shoes & punches!

Oh, the ruffle just makes the dress! What a sophisticated card. BTW, I believe Patty Bennett created the original dress and shared it with every, bless her generous heart! - Lucia

Love that dress! You are very talented and I love the slit and ruffle peeking through. Pretty shoes also!

VERY cute Linda, love the polka dotted cut away and layers! Very sweet... I want that dress!

Linda I LOVE your take on this cute little dress. I've made it several times and never even thought of black & white. The ruffle is the bomb, what a great idea for keeping in fashion. I just saw the little purse a while ago too. So cute. PS: LOVE your shoes!
