THERE'S NO PLACE LIKE HOME...
At midnight (just a few hours ago), hubs and I flew home from Texas. Here in the Pacific Northwest, we've had a cold, wet spring. Now, after three days of Texas heat, we're feelin' fine about the soggy weather here.
In the meantime, I made this card for you... with a new stamp... new papers... new ink pad... BECAUSE, as you well know, we're just 2 days away from welcoming the new catalog and all the new things in it!!
It's all subtle... The colors... The traditional layout... The lightly embossed background... The barely watercolored pears...
WELL! It can't be bright colors everyday! This looks more like Texas! Ahhhh... Tomorrow I'll make one in the colors that looks like Washington... Any guesses out there?Love Ya! Really I do!
I think the colors are "vintage" looking. Not sure what the North West colors will be...??? Maybe blues and grays OR GREENS! Guess I'll have to wait and see, but I know they will be beautiful. Love your work.

Such a lovely card. Hmmm - now does that mean I have to have this set?!!!!! If you are making the next ones in lovely shades of gray, it will fit nicely where I live - sunny Southern California - where we are experience our June Gloom. That means the marine layer comes in and it is gray. Today the sun hasn't peaked through the clouds yet and it is 1:00 in the afternoon! Thanks for blessing my day. :)

I like the softness of the image with the bright yellow.
