A LITTLE EXTRA TLC...

The tiled background on this card was a little time-consuming to enhance and assemble, but when completed made it all worthwhile...

HERE'S HOW:  1) Choose a piece of Designer Series Paper that will complement the other components of your card.  2) Measure and lightly draw "brick" lines on your paper...

3) Cut the bricks apart and antique the edges with a sponge and ink.  4) Adhere the bricks onto the background, leaving an itsy space (mortar) between each one.
