SORT OF A FABRIC LOOK-A-LIKE...
There's lots of talk about TEXTILES and FABRICS for card and project-making, but here's something made from paper that almost LOOKS like it could be fabric...
To get perfect placement for the four cross stitches, I punched holes using the Paper-Piercing Tool and the Mat Pack. To "sew" the sections together, I used several strands of embroidery thread and a needle with a large eye. To fray the paper edges, I used the Cutter Kit Distressing Tool. For more interest, I turned the paper grain of the three bottom circles at a 90 degree angle - but - the grain on the top circle is horizontal like the card.
