DO LESS - BE MORE!

Here's another simple-to-make Christmas card.  I particularly like the curvy cut on the bottom. The back of the card matches so it lines up when closed.

HERE'S HOW to make a perfectly symmetrical curvy design:  1) Cut a piece of regular paper the same size as your desired card.  2) Fold in half, top to bottom.  3) Draw half of your curvy design along the bottom edge.  4) Cut through both thicknesses.  5) Open and place template on back side of card stock.  6) Trace with pencil and cut front side then back side.

And... This Bigz Die is on the TOP 10 LIST by all my local stampers!

This morning, during my ever-busy, always-running preparation for Christmas, I took a break, poured myself a cup of Pomegranate Pizzazz Herb Tea and sat down to read a few of my favorite women bloggers.  As I clicked on The Nesting Place at www.thenester.com and scrolled through her loving words about DO LESS - BE MORE, I was reminded to slow down, keep it simple and enjoy Christmas.  I'm going to do that!  Well, at least I'm going to try.

CHRISTMAS THROUGH DECEMBER 11TH...

Here's a simple idea for when you need a dressy, fancy card.  This is made with the Groom Specialty Foiled Paper.  Imagine how beautiful a similar card would be if made with the Bride or Bridesmaid Specialty Paper.  Hummmm... What accent color would you use?

You can tell by glancing at the card how simple it is.  And the limited supply list confirms it...
