WELCOME TO MY BLOG HOME & STAMPING STUDIO!

We usually have gummi bears or chocolate peanut clusters to munch on, but today I'm serving a strawberry tart to welcome you.  No, I didn't make it myself.  (I'd much rather be stamping.)  And besides, there's a great bakery down the street.

If you were actually here in person, I'd have lots to show you.  And as we became better acquainted, it wouldn't take long for you to assess my design style.  So, I'm going to post several card samples today so you can get to know me and know my cards.  These are from my current September line-up being offered to local cherished stampers.

Here's the plan... I'll display a few cards today.  Then tomorrow I'll start serving up the real-meal-deal-blog with all the project details. Of course if you have questions, simply ask.

Just so you know, I make cards in about three categories... Fast, Fancy & Fabulous.  Many of my stampers have outgrown the Fast group - even though Fast is the best kind to demonstrate for a workshop of new stampers.  Most of the cards above fall into the Fancy category - all except for this little Bear.  He's Fast... easy peasy.

I'll be showing some Fabulous cards too - you know, the kind with 10 layers and several techniques!

I THINK I'M GOING TO EXPLODE!

For the past year, Polka Dots and Paper has been a WEBSITE“A set of interconnected webpages prepared and maintained as a collection of creative information.”  But now, the format and design has completely changed and is officially a BLOG“An online journal with a chronological log of thoughts and original material.”

I’m so excited that I think I’m going to explode! So I’ll start with a picture of my EXPLODING SCRAPBOOK-IN-A-BOX!
